Google's Find Hub (Android): coming with Orbit Duo
Short answer: current Orbit models (Glasses, Keys, Velo, Card) work with Apple Find My only. They don't work with Android.
What's coming: new Orbit Duo versions will work with Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub on Androidâ„¢.
How Duo will work
- A Duo Orbit uses one network at a time: either Apple Find My or Find Hub.
- Pair it from an iPhone and it becomes a Find My tracker. Pair it from an Android phone and it becomes a Find Hub tracker.
- To switch networks, reset the Orbit first, then pair it on the other platform. See the button guide for your product.
When
| Duo product | Expected |
|---|---|
| Orbit Velo Duo | End of November 2026 |
| Orbit Glasses Duo | Early 2027 |
| Orbit Tag Duo (the Duo version of Orbit Keys) | Early 2027 |
| Orbit Card Duo | TBC |
How to tell if you have a Duo: the product name ends in "Duo" (e.g. "Orbit Velo Duo") and the box shows both "Works with Apple Find My" and "Works with Android Find Hub".
Setting up a Duo on Android (from the Orbit Velo Duo quick start): you need Android 9 or later with Bluetooth, Location, internet and a screen lock turned on. Press the Orbit button once (a melody confirms), keep your phone nearby and tap the Fast Pair notification, then follow the prompts and test Play sound in Find Hub.
