I have an older Orbit product

Today's Orbit works with Apple Find My (support for Google's Find Hub is coming with the Orbit Duo versions). Older Orbit products were made before Find My support and are no longer supported.

This applies to older products such as: the original Orbit Keys, Orbit Card (1st gen, rechargeable), Orbit Glasses (original), Orbit Stick-On, Orbit Wallet and the Orbit Powerbank.

What this means

• These older products can't be added to Apple Find My.
• They're no longer updated, and we can't help with setting them up.

Spare parts we still sell: a charging cable for the 1st-gen Orbit Card and the original Orbit Glasses. See Spare parts.

Upgrade: today's Orbit Glasses, Keys, Velo and Card work with Apple Find My, with no separate app. See findorbit.com.
