Can I use Orbit to track a pet, child or person?

Orbit is designed to find items, like keys, glasses, wallets and bikes. It's not meant for tracking people or pets.

Find My can alert people nearby when an unknown tracker travels with them, so it isn't suitable for tracking a person.
Orbit only updates its location when an Apple device passes nearby. It isn't live GPS.

For pets or people, we recommend a dedicated live GPS tracking service.
