Returns and refunds
Changed your mind? You can return Orbit products bought directly from findorbit.com within 30 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Return all the Orbits from the original order
- In their original condition, with unopened packaging and the original receipt
How to return
- Email help@findorbit.com with your name, shipping address, order/invoice details and the reason for the return.
- We'll send you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization). All returns need one.
- Send the parcel with a tracked service. Return shipping costs are paid by you.
- Once we've checked the return, we refund you to your original payment method, or exchange it.
We'll email you the return address and packing instructions together with your RMA number. Please don't send anything back before you have them.
When will I get my refund? Refunds go back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it can take up to 14 days to show on your statement.
Order not shipped yet? You don't need to return it. Ask us to cancel it instead: Cancel or change my order.
Faulty product? That's covered by our warranty instead. Bought on Amazon? See Amazon orders.
