Cancel an order

• Email help@findorbit.com as soon as possible with your order number (it starts with ORB).
• If it hasn't shipped, we'll cancel it and refund you in full to your original payment method. This includes pre-orders and delayed orders.
• If it has already shipped, we can't stop it. Once it arrives you can return it unopened under our returns policy.

Change your address or order Email us before your order ships and we'll do our best to update it. Once it has shipped, the address can't be changed.

When will I get my refund? Depending on your bank, a refund can take up to 14 days to show on your statement. You'll also get a refund confirmation email.

Ordered twice by mistake? Email us with both order numbers and we'll cancel the duplicate.
