Orbit Glasses won't charge or isn't showing in Find My

First, check the light while it's on the charger

  • Flashing red: it's charging. Leave it until the light turns steady red.
  • Steady red: fully charged.
  • No light: check the Orbit is seated properly in the USB clip charger and try another USB plug or port.

Battery was completely flat? Leave it on the charger overnight, then try again.

Charged but Find My can't see it?

  1. Factory reset it: press the button 3 times quickly, then hold it for 10 seconds. See the button guide.
  2. Put it back on the charger. You should hear a series of beeps (pairing mode).
  3. Remove the old entry in Find My if it's still there, then add it again with + > Add Other Item.
  4. Restart your iPhone if it still doesn't appear.

Older Orbit Glasses with a blue light: if the blue light keeps flashing after charging overnight, the battery can't be charged any more. This model is discontinued. See Older Orbit products.
