Troubleshooting: Orbit won't pair or doesn't show in Find My

Try these steps in order.

  1. Restart your iPhone. Find My sometimes fails to connect on some iPhone models. A restart (or using another iPhone) usually fixes it.
  2. Check it's in pairing mode. It should be beeping. If it's silent, it may have switched off after 10 minutes. Switch it on again and pair straight away.
  3. Check your iPhone: iOS 14.3 or later, Bluetooth on, internet on, signed in to your Apple ID.
  4. Already registered to another Apple ID? Find My will say so. The other owner must remove it. See Share or move an Orbit.
  5. Factory reset the Orbit and try again. See the button guide: Glasses · Keys · Velo · Card.
