Shipping: where we ship from and how much it costs

Where your order ships from

• Orders from our US, European and Australian stores ship from a local distribution centre.
• Some orders arrive in more than one parcel. Each parcel has its own tracking.

Countries we can't ship to at the moment: the UK, Canada and New Zealand. If you live there, you may be able to buy Orbit on Amazon (for example Amazon US or Amazon France). If an order to one of these countries gets through checkout, we'll cancel it and refund you in full.

Shipping cost: depends on what you order and where it's going. Add items to your cart and enter your address at checkout to see the price.

Delivery times

• Dispatch: in-stock orders usually leave our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days. Pre-orders ship when stock arrives.
• USA: most parcels arrive 2 to 4 business days after dispatch.
• Europe and Australia: most parcels arrive 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.

Import taxes and duties: orders shipped outside the USA and Australia may be charged import tax or duties. These are collected by the carrier or customs on delivery. We only charge for the products and shipping.
